SHOULD I AT LEAST WEAR MAKEUP?Absolutely not. We want to see your natural look: clean, fresh, and makeup free. No make up and no photoshopping.
DO YOU HAVE OPEN CALLS?We do not have open calls. We evaluate talent based on their digital submissions. If your digitals show potential and you fit the criteria, then the next step is an in-person meeting.
SO I CAN REALLY GET DISCOVERED HERE?Absolutely! The goal of The Hunt is to find undiscovered African beauties and present them to our partner agencies worldwide. Our online application process allows us to find the next great talent, no matter where they are.
EVEN IF I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE?Hey, everyone starts somewhere! Beginners and fresh faces are exactly what we are looking for. Being new can be an invaluable advantage in this business, so don’t be afraid to throw your hat in the ring.
IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?Never, and there should not be any to apply to become a model.
WILL I HAVE TO DROP OUT OF SCHOOL?No, because we recognize your obligations to your studies and will always see modelling as a hobby until you finish school. We will make sure to tailor our young talents’ schedule around school vacation and summer holidays.
WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are not able to reach out to everyone. However, if we feel you are right for us, we will surely be in touch! Don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear back from us. Remember, you might not be the right age or height, or it just might not be the right time.
